Electronics / Instrumentation Engineer

The incumbent shall manage all the PLC / HMI engineering activities and deliverables to ensure they operate seamlessly.

Candidates must possess B.ENG/HND in Electrical /Electronic Engineering with minimum of 5 years relevant experience and possess hands – on knowledge of programing, installation and commissioning of controllers, actuators, solenoid controlled valves, electro-pneumatic valves, temperature sensors, etc. he will be expected to maintain all software for PLC, machineries HMI, and automation devices and handle instrumentation issues independently with responsibility for applicable OEM Spare inventory, consumption planning and control.

Candidates must be self-driven, articulate and possess the ability to work on diverse Industrial machines and platforms.

Responsibilities
• Maintain all software of PLC, machinery HMI, and automation devices
• Handle instrumentation issues independently
• Process automation
• Overall responsibility for OEM Spare inventory, consumption planning and control
• Plan Preventive Maintenance schedules as per OEM/as per Site Conditions and tracking performance.
• Overall responsibility for identification of improvement projects and execution
• People development
Requirements/Qualification
• BTech/BEng/HND - Electronics & Instrumentation or related qualification
• Minimum 5 Years’ experience preferably in Rice or grain processing
Key Competencies
• Excellent knowledge of PLC‘S (Siemens, Allen Bradley) & should be able to modify, debugging the PLC program
• Expert in the Excellent knowledge of Electrical/Electronic devices like VFD, Sensors, Displays, Microcontrollers, I/P Converters etc.
• Operating knowledge of various equipment’s in Rice Industry.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office skills is added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
