Came across this fellow(Victor Ola) on Regina Daniel's FB page.
Basically he claims he can get anyone between the ages of 18-50 with just an SSCE level of Education and no IELTS into Canada, with an all time low discounted fee of $55 if an individual signs up immediately after his webinar or pay $199 at a later time, you pay for the e-books and templates and do everything by yourself.
So, does anyone have any experience with Victor Ola or this program(No IELTS to Canada)

This isn't a promotion, I'm just trying to understand what's going so I can guide people away from a potential scam.
