You are applying for a wrong visa, it's not spouse visa, it's dependant visa.

Our baby n I,yes we are legally married, spousal visa and yes he wants us to go to him.we want to know of he can apply for us because I depend on him and if he can apply there will be no need sending the money to me to do so
