How much do you earn from this job yearly? How ll dt be answered since there is no acct to validate it

Good day guys
Pls I want to travel with my wife and I am the sponsor and I pay her monthly allowance
My wife is self employed with a registered coy that deal in cash
In her own application,where its written income and expenditure
How much do you have in savings?
Is it my own details I will fill there as the sponsor or her details.
If it is her own how will she justify it since she deals with cash mostly.
