I filled the form to generate the activation code which requires filling in my mastercard number, its expiry date and the six-digit code generated by token, but each time I submitted the form, I get this error message: sorry,you have not acknowledged the terms and conditions for token usage.Where can I agree to the terms and condition to make the token working
