Please is motivational letter compulsory for student visa?

Please I have been unable to access firstbank online through the web, I keep getting "Token Validation Failed" even after entering my User ID and Token.

II) After our verification, we will get back to you with our banking details, so you can make deposit of 70% down payment.
Please do let us know via an SMS or mail once you make payment, once we have confirmed your payment, we will make purchase of your product(s) and give you feedback when it arrives our address in US and when we will ship your product(s) to Nigeria.
