We purchased more than 500 pieces of this New blackberry 8830 world Edition from major Blackberry dealer in USA. This phone is used by Sprint as replacement phone if your new order has manufacturers defect. It comes in small  carton that contains only the phone with RIM protective tape still intact on the LCD screen and including guide from sprint on how to activate the phone. We also has about 30 pieces of used 8830 both sprint and verizon.

For the older models(8700, 8703,7290, 7250), the word mint means that the phones are clean with majority having zero scratch. These phones were acquired through United state Federal Government excess inventory sales. In as much the models are old but the phones were never used by anyone. Functionality wise it's like new phone.
