Thats a good idea but what about peope using five lines. How do we guard against multiple voting.
My take is that there should be one International observer in each ward to record his or her own result. The result should be handed to the leader of the international observer who would be with INEC during coallation because that is where the results are manupulated. The people must be able to follow the election from polls to collation.

Sometimes it's really hard to restrain yourself from shouting, screaming and spanking. What teachers need is the grace of God and patience.
