Jesus came to earth with the good news of the kingdom of God. He did not bring the idea of religion but of relationship with God. Religion was the idea of man to create an ideal and an utopian society. Jesus brought the kingdom of God back to earth after Adam lost the kingdom and dominion on earth to the devil through disobedience.
Man was born to rule and not to be ruled. God gave man dominion over all the living things on the earth but never gave man dominion over man. Man was rule in certain areas of giftiings imbedded in him by God to serve other men. He (God) gave man dominion which explains why He is illegal on earth and he has to use a human representative on earth to be legal on earth. This explains why God came to earth through Jesus to complete the work of our salvation (Jesus the man made Christ the God legal on earth).
Jesus brought back the kingdom and dominion man lost and he is now the way back into the kingdom of God to become Kings. Until the fall of man, we were meant to share the kingship of this earth. Now that Christ has died and resurrected, he has given us access back to our dominion mandate and we are sons and daughters of God. This explains why Jesus (God) is called the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. This is so because God is the king of man and the Lord of man. Men are Kings of the earth. Man is God's legal agency and access to the earth.
