We are Orayn Digital Agency, a Nigerian web development company that builds professional websites for local businesses that currently have no online presence. We are looking for sharp, motivated sales agents to join our growing team.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be given a list of businesses in your city that do not have websites. Your job is to contact them (by phone, WhatsApp, or in person), show them a free demo website we have already built for them, and close the deal. Once they agree and pay, we handle 100% of the technical work; you do only the selling.

Compensation
This is a commission-only role. There is no monthly salary. Every deal you close earns you a commission:

25% of the deal value if closed within the listed price range
30% of the deal value if you close above the listed range

Our standard website packages are priced between ₦200,000 and ₦1,500,000 depending on the business type. A single deal at ₦200,000 earns you ₦50,000. A single deal at ₦500,000 earns you ₦125,000 to ₦150,000. An agent closing 5 deals per month can earn ₦250,000 to ₦750,000 or more. There is no cap.
Commissions are paid on the 1st of every month for deals closed.

Requirements
- Female, between 20 and 30 years old
- Strong spoken and written English; you will be communicating with business owners
- Basic understanding of websites, tech, or digital marketing (you do not need to be a developer or know coding)
- Excellent at sales and convincing people; this is a marketing role above all else
- Comfortable with commission-only pay and motivated by results
- Disciplined and meets deadlines; leads have a 48-hour response window
- Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required
