It's simple.

1. The subject should clearly stated "Request for Appointment rescheduling". You can use your own words

2. Go straight to the point. Include your appointment booking no. and international passport no.

3. In the second paragraph, state the reason why you need the given appointment to be rescheduled. Some plausible reasons include: Outdated admission letter(state that you're waiting for the new one), delayed sponsorship letter, inconvenience of the appointment date due to the long waiting time etc. Just give your personal genuine reason.

4. Include the date and month you would like your appointment to be rescheduled for. They'll grant it to you. Just know you might not get a second chance. So think carefully

2. When did she send the email to reschedule - actual date?
3. When did the embassy send the positive response - actual date?
4. Did the embassy give her the exact rescheduled date that she requested for?

Yes, I successfully helped a lady reschedule before Easter, and she got a response last week
