Hello Mr, get this to your brain, no shipping company is bad, but nigerian lacks understanding the same NBC you say it ok with you, let me show a little screen shot of some others opinion about them, this does not make them a bad company or or an angel, bro no one can satisfy everybody at same time, , life is all about understanding, one thing I know is that we are doing our best, it you don't understand us, try alternative, the truth is number of our satisfy clients may not be here to give feedback about us except we ask them to give us feedback, the you will always remember to give feedback if deal goes wrong, we are not angel but we try our best to do our best if our best is not ok with you, you check other options .. in in one simple sentence everyone has its own right to opinion your opinion and view might not be same with others

All these you are saying is story, Tugrow, NBC remains the best to me, i have not had issues with them and its none of your business, the business i have with you is for you to deliver my goods to me or you refund all my money, if you don't want problems in that your office. Please am begging you gently now, deliver my goods, since First week of November, wetin na. The same NBC you are sending whatsoever screenshots you are sending, delivered my goods at the estimated time and that was even after i had used your company for my goods, after i saw you were delaying, i used my NBC twice, and my goods were delivered to me, i have even forgotten that i ordered through them, now see yours till today, my goods has not been delivered. So Get it into your Brain too, deliver my goods safely jeje.

NBC, has been my shipping company from day 1, but i decided to use Tugrow because they said they order from Alibaba, Taobao, Aliexpress etc, which they don't after i sent my links to them. Try NBC. Their waybill from Lagos to Abuja depends on the guy that sends customers goods to people outside Lagos. His name is Mega.

Same here o, my goods has been ordered since second week in November, was suppose to arrive after 15 days as they said, till now, nothing, all they say is one story or the other, saying Normal cargo is minimum 3 weeks, maximum 4 weeks, who does that, their customer care agent are so disrespectful, don't know how to talk. And when you chat with Tugrow himself, he will refer you to some yeye agent. Goods that i ordered after them, have arrived and have even sold all, ordered another again, sold all. Just my goods with him, still hanging whereever it is, i decided to use you because of what you said on your site, after paying 3000, all the things you said you do on your site were all lies. Abeg, deliver my goods in peace. I regret using Tugrow.
