pls i need quotations for 2 bedroom flat with long span zinc. the person i called called gave me the following estimates but i am not ok with it. i fill is to much.

2x4 - 180 pcs
2x3 - 250 pcs
2x2 - 200 pcs

tascia board 15pcs
4 inches nail 1 bag
3 inches nail 1 bag
ghana zinc 8 bundles
labour/workmanship 100,000.00

pls anybody with experience on the job should please advise.
