Please,am new to this thread,pls for a jjc .how do I start the process .am currently working in one of the best hospital in my state as the business development manager.i intend changing career to human resource management.wgich professional qualification do you suggest I do.Though I have nebosh,phri(hrci) inmind .pls I need ur advice.
