to input correct date once u get to d stage first set d yr .. and if u couldn't get d yr u as desired pls pick thé highest eg. to get 1999.. u might see 2006 as highest click thé 2006 ..then ré-click d white box ..in which u select d yr .. u will surely see 1999..and others. 2... set thé month to do dat u will have to click thé right side and d month will automatically change so u will cntinuebto press until u get d desired month.. NOTE .. 1) YR.. THE WHITE EMPTY BOX ON THE NO.OF DAYS .. eg. November (white box)orange header(press d orange though u wnt see any indication just press dat right side till u get ur desired month... simple

I don't know why you're having problem with uploading of ur documents. Printing of screening form has been the one giving problem for the past one week now, but the problem has been rectified today. I've just printed my screening form now. I think you should just keep trying it.

#screening ...Ed History .. concerning Ed History is it mandatory to fill in primary school details nd junior secondary skul details ....and if it is filled wld dere be any request for certificate obtained or Testimonial

HOW TO UPLOAD QUALIFICATIONS OR DOCUMENT once u login click on the print screening form .. a pop up menu will come up with an instruction of u uploading required document pls NOTE: verify or preview each. document carefully b4 submitting cos if u submit u WNT be able to edit but according to unilag and noted on the portal for admission letter there is an option (if available)
