check your subject line for spam tabs or use subject line tester /subject line grader.

having drop gmass, h-supertool and some free online tools some weeks ago I didn't mention cool free tools like...

1) *inbox, spam, and promotion checker* which is FREE ON GMASS. CO.. all you have to do is copy Ajay's emails at the top of the tool and send your mails to his email address, trust me each of those mail address are fully structured to weed out Spam using some of the best tools in the world.

After sending your emails to Ajay's mail box just type in your email address in the search bar viola you will see where your email lands..either in primary, promotion or spam.

Note: all emails in ajay's mailbx would be deleted after 5mins.

2) another superb free tool like hunter and snov is faveet. com email finder, just type In the domain name and related emails will pop up .. you don't need to register.

It may not be that the email server detected your location. Some email servers are configured to reject mails containing certain words or characters. Such as $, link, etc.

very true it's called Spam Tab and we all should be careful of HONEY POT like linkdn's Michael.D.Ashworth@..gmail.com he has many variant of that name on linkdin..... na honey pot once you scrape 4 LinkedIn just avoid that email..

Stop wasting time checking your Pending Review 12,788 times a day. Use that time to submit more names. If you reach your submission limit, open your excel and keep building a list of names you will submit later.

To monitor your bounce rate and open rate SCHEDULE YOUR CAMPAIGN.

When on mobile device I schedule 1 mail in 2mins, meaning 30mails in 1hr. After that I will observe the open rate and bounce rate . If 5/30 of my mails returned as bounced mail I quit the campaign and rescan my list....... or I end my campaign for the day .
common! I cherish my email campaign a lot, so I won't allow some stupid invalid male to ruin my campaign and expose me to spam filter.

To increase open rate don't send campaigns when the end user should be having a good night rest .

I tend to focus more on MY TARGETS & CALL OUT cos this two determines whether the end user will read the whole mail content or not.


e.g

If i need to send a cold mail campaign to all e book seller in USA, I will source targeted mails of ebook seller in USA and clean the email list afterward.

how do you clean(validate) your email list?
use free online tools
you can try H-supertool/king..

so far 95% accuracy is not bad

-the online tool allows you to validate 200 mails in 24hrs .. 20 emails per session.

- Email extractor works well too

why clean your mails?

It helps detect emails that are likely to return as bounced or invalid mails which ultimately have major influence on flagging your mails as spam...

take note your mail list will return with results like .

- valid advice: send
- Invalid don't send (mark it )
-Role. send as your last batch
-All. send

After validation you will have to rescan the e mails that returned invalid to be sure of the result ..

Note: no email address worth flagging your campaign as spam just remove the invalid email address.

some of the factors that send mails to spam list or hinder your campaigns include

1) bounce rate
2) open rate





spamming isn't cool at all, hence do your best to mail targeted end users that needs the product and services.

me too sir am still facing this issue my first account was banned so i used another another account use a different sales letter sent to my new account is still telling me that the message was caught by their spam filter though changing the subject from the domain name to another subject it went to the inbox but with that spam message...Again i inputed another of my domain in my sales letter is went to my inbox without any spamming issue... I need help to this is frustrating

this is usually caused by bad Tab and most times once the Tab has been added to spamy words it won't pass the test.. back den I send to my mail and it will land in inbox but when out bonding it won't ....I will drop some hints about that later

@ maximum sending for non gsuit account is 500 in 24hrs and with same template .... if you're using two format the you can send 250mails...


well I send 200 - 300mails per account

Note: no trick about this just follow some basic rule.

it will cos no bulk email marketer will outbound without warming the SMTP sever before sending mail. Even if I won't outbound I will send mails to my other mails and pals and respond to their greetings even if the content is just hello...

To start with, setting up your gmail for cold mail marketing is key . How will I do that?
1) Open a fresh gmail account.
- Don't outbound instantly but message your personal gmail account or friends account and make sure they respond to your mail.
repeat the step back and forth for two days (min 10x)

This process enables gmail server to get to know your mail and credibility of your mail contents.


2). Subject line is important and you should pay attention to it cos it determines your open rate and also response rate too.

- create a unique subject line for yourself not the one that has been used million times and flagged by Spam Filters.
To check the quality of your subject line use online free tools .. though I will reference 2 here

NOTE: never send mail with a score less than 96% score . check the analysis and adjust your subject line appropriately till you get desired score . Most time I score 98%...
