We are looking for an experienced Public Relations / Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer service and to liaise professional with the Public. The officer's main responsibilities would include listening to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about lost Items and keeping accurate data, respond to quarries via email and on social media, come up with policies and procedures on customer service, Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions, Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports, Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face, Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing, Planning publicity strategies and campaigns, Writing and producing presentations and press releases as directed, Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations, Organising promotional events such as press conferences, tours and visits, Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations as directed by Management, Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress, Analyzing media coverage, Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research in advert and publicity, Managing the company's facebook, twitter, and any other social media pages, Liaising with clients, Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites.

A highly matured, smart and detailed individual is required for this role. The candidate must be focused and very patient.
