mehn! Its way more than that. You have to do marketing too. They have all these crazy targets too, target on atm cards, on internet banking, mobile banking and referral on account opening. Targets are as high as 140 a month on atm, the others like 40each give or take.

We even worked till like 1pm.
We got there, they welcomed us and introduced us to everybody and even started work, since we didn't have staff number and stuff, we called those guys again and they said we'll have to wait till we get our employment letter.

So na to stand n to dey greet everybody wey dey enta abi?n put orderliness in d banking hall abi?

I think 5days after the test n interview...ICSL sent a successful list of candidates for customer service role to us which comprises of 19 candidates out of 125 dat dey out to write d test ..stating dat will shud cum for medicals on d following day.
Actually I don't knw how dey did d selection ooo cox I av a girl dat score above me in d test n she wasn't among d 19....bt my score s 82% sha

I dont know how ICSL did thr own shortlisting ooo abi na union bank I go talk self...cox I remember na around 125 candidates did d test from ICSL bt I receive a success mail for d test, invitation for medicals today n d list of just 19 candidates dey only pick...d tin weak me oooo

actually we r like 18 dat went today BT not all of us did d interview especially d electrical guys...BT d mechanical guys did thr today n dey av been sending dem 2nd interview interview to dem...dey z dey will get back to us "electrical guys"
