Also, there is section that asks if the declaration of commitment has been completed. Knowing that i havent gotten that document yet, Can I still submit without filling that section?

I have a question. Are i still gonna be on the waiting list even if my documents are not complete yet? I have not filled out three sections because my reference (sponsor) is not available yet. Or does all sections need to be completed before you are put on the waiting list. My Overview page shows right now that the waiting time is about 2-6 months... Can someone please explain?

Ive got a master in chemistry from belgium, do you think having an EU degree certificate helps reduce the waiting time.?

I could have done it while I was still in Europe but it was only recently I found out about this. Btw, I do have someone who's gonna act as a sponsor in Germany.

I also read something about primary school certificate? What is that? Do I need this to apply?
