This is the last time I am going to use a carlcare phone. The phone almost exploded so I took out the battery and now I am being told by one Tesy Ogundele (supposed manager) at carlcare opebi that I have to pay for fixing the phone I bought six months ago with warranty. I seriously regret buying from carlcare. This is definitely the end of my using a carlcare device forever.

I have been a fan of their products that my wife and I can boast of using up to 6 different brands and models of their phone. Now I know why people say they sell substandard and fake phones.

I have been told to pay N14,600 for a phone I bought for N20,000. A phone still under warranty.

Carlcare are bunch of exploiters. My phone became very hot to the point of exploding so I had to unscrew the phone and unplugged the battery connection and now I am being told to pay for a damaged phone that is under warranty. I was told I shouldn't have opened a phone so that I will put myself, my wife and kids in danger.
