In my small firm we have agreed to start paying our five domestic staffs the new minimum wage starting from this month. But we won't just do that without putting up a fight with the government in order to increase our revenue, easy access to credit, return fuel subsidy and create a healthy working environment for we private business owners.

Employers will smile big and the employees too will smile happily. No more working like an elephant and consuming the food meant for an ant. #EndBadGovernment.

My own issue is that if possible we should not take part in the coming protest. We should propone any form of protest till everybody eye clear.

It is obvious that lots of Nigerians are still enjoying. Maybe, they don't go to the same market where I use to buy things.

No matter the level of rot in a country, there are set of people who will still be balling everyday like money na water. To the extent that even if War is going on in the same country, these class of people will hid themselves in a restricted and heavly guarded area and still be doing their thing. You have no idea how much money and assets some set of people have in this country even if they don't work or do any business again till bed ridden. They will never break a sweat or feel any financial difficulty. And to top it up for you, Do you know there are set of people in this same country you are who don't work or stress and yet they spend money and enjoy everyday. It's obvious you haven't have a glimpse into most nigeria elite, wealthy and some rich peoples lives and their families.

So if you are waiting for the thing to affect everyone before you do the needful. I guarantee you will wait forever. Expand your mind.

See i have figured out the whole thing now. My advice for you is you and your husband should strive and start looking for financial means to go rent your personal house where you will have rest of mind. It's not easy to stay with house owners in nigeria most especially Lagos on rent free except for some few landlords who are God sent. I also believe If you had come through the mom herself, believe me you won't have one single issue with her because you women usually like to decide who stays and who leave.

You can try to be friendly with the mom and helping her with chores. I understand you know all these things as a woman but the decision is left with you. If you do this and she is still somehow hostile to your family. You know what your final decision should be. I wish you and your family all the best.
