Good morning tech nerd, I av a gionee m3 mini, and a rooted one at that, the system update brought an update yesterday. But I was told by someone not to update cos it might brick my phone. I don't have the custom rom of this phone, pls hw do I go about it. Thanks in advance

anyway, it could brick your phone. You've to flash your stock ROM and stock recovery before attempting the update

If u click the red triangle it will bring OTA repair option.. This is common to we kingroot users. How do I reboot into twrp. Pls pardon my question. If I uninstall kingroot which is the same thing as unrooting. If I now try the twrp will u will pls explain, won't it cause any trouble?

Pls guys, it seems that those who rooted with twrp are not having problems like the kingroot users, my question is how can I use twrp to flash if I unroot kingroot.... Secondly who has done OTA repair on this phone.. Pls I anticipate ur answers God bless you all

Yeah, I downloaded a new play store which is version 6.2.and I installed it, so it replaced the 6.1 on my phone. When u want to download an app,when it reaches 100% just press home button and continue doing whatever u want to do, in like 4 to 5 mins, u will c the app installed on ur phone, the same goes for an update

Yeah I used version 4.8

That is what I av been facing for days after rooting, I was able to update 3 apps but since then nothing

How to i solve this problem

Kingroot will root m3 mini successfully, just rooted mine now. Just make sure ur Internet is strong and connected. U can try to be downloading something, minimize it and go to kingroot just to keep the network constant..

I tried kingroot 4.8 like 4 times, all to no avail. Is it bcs av flashed twrp.. And pls guys how do I know that twrp has truly been flashed.pls reply me ASAP happy Sunday to you all

... When you freeze applications, you only stop them from working and eating up your ram unnecessarily.. This can be done under app manager icon... Still enjoying my m3 mini.. The only regret is that there is no regret. And I like that kind of regret

Yes, that's what he should do. Download the stock firmware or rom then flash via sp flash tools
