Ex Big brother Naija Contestant, Fifty Powers has taken a bold step by bringing up the issue of Maltreating Widows of which her mother was a Victim,she revealed how they lived from hand to mouth after her Step Father Died.


The BBN contestant said that considering what her mother had gone through single handedly giving a proper upbringing, she won't tolerate any form of harassment on her Mother as she is all she's got apart from her siblings (her weak point) see what she wrote below;


If I'm permitted to celebrate one special person over and over again for the rest of my life, it will be none other person but my MOM. I remember a week after my step dad passed away, my mom was given 2 options(hand over all properties or we give my 2 step siblings to them), all my mom could say was "9months is never 9days"..few days later my mom handed all properties to them and as little as we all were,we had to start life all over again through the scorching sun; the road was rough but hey we made it through�. This woman has laid her life for us in so many ways that till now i wonder "Why would she"�, she's been the kind of bestfriend that I've always wished for since as a little girl, she's been the reason why i kept holding on strong for so many things happening life, she's one person that has taught me that "In Life if you listen to the noise in the market,you won't buy what you wanna buy". She lost my Father (my dad) when i was a year old, still lost my step dad when my step kid brother was 4years old, got abandoned by family members who saw they were not gaining(money) from us like they used too & above all these, she still held perfectly strong & said "no obstacles will hold me down, life goes on". In as much as I've been dragging + pleading with her to MARRY AGAIN but no avail, all she keep saying is "i don't need any man in my life,my kids are enough for me"�. I can swear that in my life, i have done some horrible stuffs that I'm not proud off of which i know a mother shouldn't forgive her child, yet without any hesitation my mom will cover me up in public no matter what and scold me behind closed doors�. Well, I don't care if I write too much based on my Mom because it is my page and I'm proud of writing these down. My mom is my weak point,you do her wrong then you've gotten to me + at he end you will see the BEAST sidbelowme.

But one thing i will always say is One Love To All The Widows All Over The World�, i know it's not easy taking care of kids but trust me, if there is one thing one should be grateful for, it is LIFE.. not everyone is opportuned to Live in this Life.

Fire Outbreak is something one shouldn’t experience in a festive season,its better not imagined than experienced…By this time last year was Nigerian Comedian,Calabar Chic struggling for her life in a burning building,the air bloated with smoke and heat from All corners,According to her it was almost as if she would die any minute.

The Comedian/Actress took to her Instagram page to share a painful throwback story on how God save her from the Clutches of Death even though she saw it before her very eyes,she revealed how she struggled to breath in the burning room,how she cried for help and non was forthcoming as non of her neighbours were willing to help her out of the room.

Please allow me to shine my incomplete 32 teeth � This God has been good to me! �
This time last December 2016 I was struggling to survive! Stuck in a burning building inhaling the superheated hot air and thick black smoke. I thought i had met my end but God said ‘not just yet my daughter ‘! I had no idea if everyone was out of the building or burning alive in their rooms. Ohhhh i needed air! Screamed and banged on the wall cos I was blinded by the smoke! Disoriented! I Couldn’t find the door!

Fire fighters nko? No they didn’t show up o! even with all the calls. And Nobody would agree to risk coming upstairs because of the intensity of the fire. At this point the fire was coming up through the walls from the room right beside mine!

Breathing got harder…i’m burning my body is burning i kept screaming! am I going to die like this? I kept asking myself �

I somehow struggled through, crawled past the burning room and fell down the stairs! Few bruises to the knee and elbow � better than waiting for the help that wasn’t coming. Till today, I still can’t answer the question HOW? How did I survive that! �
Sometimes when you think it’s all over, it’s really not! Just keep pushing your way through.

God gave me a second chance at life and I don’t take it for granted!

Nollywood Actress, Chizy Alichi has damned all the slay queens and actress by building a Four Bedroom bungalow for her parents in the Village.


According to her, her parents were living in a dilapidated house with leaking roofs,it was such a terrible experience that her Dad considered selling a part of their compound to seal the roofs and just then the Idea of building a New house for them crossed her mind,inspire of all the insults from her fellow stars she still went on to do what was right.

"People have always refer to me as "mgbeke" (local girl) that I dont know fashion or carry designer bags/shoes/clothes
That I don't wear expensive hair. Well my darlings I do know and want to wear those things but I have been saving for this building right here. I can't remember d last time my family travelled for Xmas because their is no house to stay. My mother falls sick whenever she goes for August meeting and comes back. My father wanted to sell half of our compound to fix d leaking roof, buy ceiling and also patch the broken wall but I told him No. ( PAPA I WILL BUILD HOUSE FOR YOU) after saving for sometime, I wanted to use the money to buy myself another car (A bigger car) but I said to myself, what's d need for d car when we don't have roof over our head in d village moreover the car I have is still in good condition and serves me well, I can always buy another one later. Today am grateful to Almight God that it came to pass. My parents are d happiest ppl on earth. 4 masters bedroom, extra 2 toilets, kitchen, dinning and palour. God is the Greatest.

The big question is what's the essence of been a slay queen if Ur parents are leaving on the streets?? Nigerian ladies should imitate this actress and not those ones that leave fake lives on social media...having a girl child wasn't a waste afterall...

Twitter user confesses to scamming people, says presidents go free after stealing and so can anyone _ Popular Twitter user who rose to fame after #keepthechangebae saga in March has confessed to scamming unsuspecting Nigerians with another Twitter account.

He claimed to be a lady having problems with her job and successfully gathered N125,000 on the 24th of December alone. His scams date back to January.
