As the St Valentine’s Day, otherwise known as Lovers Day is being celebrated all over the world today, Queen Stephanie James, the current Miss BMP (Beauty Model Petite) has advised young ladies to avoid being lured into sex by desperate men who are misinterpreting the reason for the 14 February celebration.

Queen Stephanie, who said that putting smile on the faces of orphans is one feat that gives her unquantifiable joy and satisfaction, said many people have misinterpreted the essence of St Valentine’s Day to satisfy their sexual urge and other selfish interests.

According to her, “it is a day we are expected to demonstrate that we love our neighbours as ourselves –agape love. Not a day you buy snacks and drinks for a lady and expect sex in return. It’s really sad and we seriously need to enlighten the girl child about this.”

She added that “many young ladies have confided in me that they ignorantly lost their virginities on a day like this, and it is part of the reason I have personally been trying to reach out to other ladies, teenagers in particular so that they won’t fall victims of some perverts and desperate men in future.”

Since Stephanie emerged as Miss BMP, she has been using her office to impact positively on orphans in the country by donating food items and other relief materials to them.

“It is actually not about the physical materials that I donated, but the joy of being with the kids –giving them hope that God has a plan for each of them in life. Come to think of it, it could have been anyone of us in their shoes, if not for the grace of God,” Queen Stephanie said.

She added that as a beauty queen, “my priority is to take care of the orphans, and I will do this passionately with everything God has blessed me with. Truth is that we have many Nigerians who regularly give to orphanages, but it is still not enough. I will implore more people to join the train.”

The tensed management of Chrisland School has released a statement addressing the issue of a supervisor of the school for sexually assaulting a 2-year-old pupil.



The supervisor, Adegboyega Adenekan, had been charged to court after the child relayed the events of her alleged abuse to a clinical psychologist, Olive Ogedengbe.

The 2-year-old had described the abuse in detail, a video recording of her session with Ogedengbe showed, and had drawn Adenekan’s private part.

Chrisland School, in the statement, clarified that the alleged abuse was said to have occurred in VGC, not Lekki as is reported.

The school added that although they doubt that the alleged abuse took place, they will also ensure that the truth is discovered, and will prosecute the accused if he is found guilty.

DJ Cuppy daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola has revealed that she doesn’t exploit her father’s influence to get things done like Davido does. Most people would believe that since her father is rich and influential, she would always have it easy where others find it very difficult.


But such is not the case all the time for the alluring DJ recently turned performing artiste. During her chat with E-Daily, DJ Cuppy her dad’s name rarely opens all doors for her though she is the daughter of an oil magnate popularly know.


Her words: “People have to understand that just because I was born into my family does not mean that it opens all doors, that is everyone’s outside perspective. My inside perspective is just being someone’s child; how can being someone’s child be used against you?

I can walk into a room and before I even open my mouth, everyone has decided, and it’s like you are not giving a young woman a chance to even prove herself.” She added that unlike Davido, she is not the type who would exploit her father’s influence to get things done.
“The only difference between Davido and I is that he decided to use the influence as an advantage from an early stage.
So David was like I am ‘omo baba olowo’ (OBO), take it or leave it! I’m not that kind of person, he was smart though, because before you can even do anything, he has already told you he is the son of a millionaire.

He did his brand thing well and he’s about that lush life, he lives large and he’s not apologising for who he is,” she said

Few days ago Billionaire daughter, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola a.k.a DJ Cuppy was the official DJ at the Global Citizen event held in Dakar, she had a session of teaching French president Emmanuel Macron and Senegalese president, Macky Sall how to DJ.

What is virginity?


This is a question many young people today ask. But before I go deeply into this topic lets find out what virginity is all about. Virginity is the state of never having had sexual intercourse. It is really that simple if you have never had sexual intercourse you are a virgin.

Being a virgin is a good thing but I have noticed in today’s world that most people don’t appreciate or care for it like people in the previous generations did. Now people do everything humanly possible to lose their virginity.


Growing up many of us were taught the importance of virginity and how it will help our life by preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease but as we grew up we realize that keeping it is not as easy as we were made to believe and we beginning to question our belief and things we were made to believe.

Should I keep my virginity till I get married?




So back to the question should I keep my virginity till I get married. Being a virgin is a choice and it is really up to you to make your choice. Don’t be in a hurry to lose your virginity because others are losing theirs take your time and think it through.

Being a virgin its all about choice and your belief. Most people have decided to keep their virginity to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDS. And others to not ruin their relationship with God.

BEING A VIRGIN IS NOT A CURSE NEITHER IS losing it something to Celebrate


Keeping your virginity all depends on your relationship with God and your relationship with yourself. At the end of the day its still your choice. Make the right decision

Nigerians have got no chill at all, so A female Lebanese singer, Stephanie Ghaida released her new song, Hayaya and shot the music video using a typical Nigerian setting,


The singer who is currently based in Lagos, just after she released her single, she decided to thank her fans and friends who sent their positive response, she went on to reveal her plans of starting and establishing herself in the Nigerian music industry.


Stephanie, however revealed that she was probably going to face serious problems in order to make it in the Industry, she stated her gender and skin color as a barrier.

She wrote:

“Thank you so much for your advice guys, Few days ago I dropped my third single HAYAYA here. I got lots of positive vibes from your comments and they have been of great help to me emotionally and otherwise, but someone made a comment that it will be difficult for me to build a successful music career in NIgeria, first because I am Lady and secondly because of my colour. What’s your opinion about this?”

Yes! She would probably have to sleep her way to prominence in Nigeria as a couple of Upcoming Artiste has revealed what’s currently going on in the music industry.

.... One certain evening in February 2016,I came home from the market, I had gone to buy tomatoes for the stew my sis would prepare that evening,it was a dry evening and the parlor, room and kitchen were a little bit warm... It's just the toilet with tiled walls that clogged up remained cold.

I got on my kneels before my bookshelf and stole glances at the Novel I was writing. .. I was half way into the novel.. I read through the first few paragraphs with hopes that I will publish it one day.. I was quiet choked with the too many procrastinations regarding the publication of that Novel... My Dad promised to publish it when I get into the University... My mum kept promising till I got tired..


A question came to my mind, if I publish this book who will read it? I remembered I had a small blog I use to put up articles in 2015..it was a kind of lifestyle and Gossip Blog anyways.. But I abandoned the blog because.. I had little knowledge about it... I got tired of writing posts just to get 20 views daily.. And about 400views monthly... I was still on the WordPress free blog platform then... I promised to start blogging again and when my blog becomes one of the big blogs in Nigeria... I will publish my blog and put it up for sale in my Blog..

I decided to start blogging afresh with the platform(February 2016).. It was hard.. It was confusing... I was so happy to make 500views in one week... My first Blog post had 6views...out of the 6 I viewed just 3..lol..i promised myself that this blog will surely grow... As long as I drew breath.... I kept writing till I started getting 500 - 800 views daily... I shared my posts on Twitter and Facebook... My friends visited... My Elder brother.. Kept yanking me for blogging for free.. He was the reason I applied for the adsense program.. .. 11 months later..

I joined Bloggers Helping Bloggers, A group filled with Nigerian Bloggers... I got to meet bloggers in the blog sphere... I became friends with Mathias Amodu (the Nicest man I have ever known in the Blog sphere), I made friends with Prosper Noah(The bro of life) Damn his services where too high for me as a student.. Each time we submitted our blogs for review.. Mine stood out.. I was always told to get a custom domain... I used www.williamsjay..com it was a very long url... Lol so I did worse by buying my domain of N1700 @ www.joelwilliamsblog.com.ng...even longer... Lol.. I had to save money to buy my domain because it was essential... I trekked home from FGC, denied my self lunch during break in school just because....i wanted my blog to be accepted... Yes! I got the domain... In October 2016..it gave me hope... It assured me of a brighter future, in November... I hired an App developer Lance... He developed my first Blog App... Sadly I haven't set it up on playstore.. I redesigned it and upgraded it myself.

Things I never did in the blog sphere.. Then was I never bougt traffic.. Bought adsense.. Paid scammers to design my blog and they end up running away with your blog, I did everything myself... I made sure my blog met with the Adsense policy before I applied and that was 10 months after my blog was created, almost a year.

In December 2016,My Blog won the Zealmat Blog of The Year and I met many new bloggers.. I became popular among Nigerian bloggers... I got recognized by Jide Ogunsanya but I never got to be on his Blog of the Week list. Because my blog was an Entertainment Blog... I made new friends, I became friends with Laila Ijeoma, Stella, Miss Petite and other bloggers.. Till now I wonder what could possibly make us enemies because we helped each other... I journeyed through 2017 jumping hurdles, coping with managing my waec and Blog... I passed my Waec and my blog still active.. I started writing articles that went Viral on the Internet even Top Blogs and News sites like: Naijaloaded, Informationng, Naij, The info, TheNet, Lailasblog, Yabaleft, Miss petite Naija... They made use of my articles... Though They did not give credits.. In all I was happy atleast they knew my blog existed and that's how I continued till I became the controversial JoelsBlog Media.. Not writing to please you... But to please those who wanted to be pleased... My posts caused chaos... I cam proudly say I am Quiet popular in some part of Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and other cities in Nigeria.
To wrap it up, My Efforts Landed me on the Page of Mummy and I Magazine as one of the fast rising Nigerian Entrepreneurs in January 2018,its a Lagos based Magazine.. I was Encouraged to do more as I was able to start up a News company at 16! I shared my posts on whatsapp groups too... I made sure I utilized every possible means to advertise my blog and it was surely paying off... So far I thank God for Every thing... My Blog can comfortably buy my sub.. A new phone..lolz..change of clothes... With hopes to make my days in The Tertiary Institution a Better one... I love my readers... I love my friends... A BIG SHOUT OUT to Every person that contributed in one way or another to make my career as a blogger a beautiful... U all tried for me!!
So anytime soon... Expect my Novel!!
