akintun: I can't read dis now becos it is too long. D simple truth is dat Europeans are still under- developing African. We are in a trap and it would be very difficult 4 us to get out of it. African leaders are corrupt, and we would have been better off without dis corrupt leaders and greedy bankers, pension funds, and discount houses who milk d country daily. D Europeans make it extremely difficult 4 us to develop by borrowing us money at extremely high interest rate, and dey know dat no gov can succeed without borrowing. Just imagine if we can borrow money at d interest rate Europeans borrow.you should ![]() |
MsDarkSkin: thats your opinion.that the problem "if africa is to rise" i doubt it will happen no time soon |
MsDarkSkin: in everything from half azzed genetic studies, to religion to present day location, its no conspiracy the aim is to strip africa of any type of unity, pride and foundation.a British person and a Russian may be both white but they are culturally different i don't get why half to be just "black" |
ezeagu: Haiti should be "Sub-Saharan Africa", but obviously that would challenge the grouping and naming (of which implies these people had no organisation or civilization). Also "Former British Colonies" is rubbish, obvious attempt to run away from the obvious yeah but you can't call the Caribbean "African" because it is different it has euro influnce as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hh6cWrA2DKg |
MsDarkSkin: i am brown too so what?keep in mind that they are one of the oldest people in the world. In the 1990s, genomic studies of different peoples around the world found that the Y chromosome of Khoisan men (using samples drawn from several San tribes) share certain patterns of polymorphisms that are distinct from the genomes of all other populations. As the Y chromosome is highly conserved from generation to generation, this type of DNA testing is used by geneticists to determine when different subgroups separated from one another and hence their last common ancestry. The authors of these studies suggested that the Khoisan (actually the San) may have been one of the first populations to differentiate from the most recent common paternal ancestor of all extant humans, the so-called Y-chromosomal Adam by patrilineal descent, estimated to have lived 60,000 to 90,000 years ago. The authors also note that their results should be interpreted as only finding that the Khoisan "preserve ancient lineages", and not that they "stopped evolving" or are an "ancient group", since subsequent changes in their population are in parallel and similar to those of all other human populations.just calling them black just does not feel right i always call them Khoisan |
this map is flawed and deals with religions. you omitted entirely the Pagan Dayaks of Borneo and the Majapahit civilization. of the Malay archipelago.
religion influenced civilization Huntington divided the world into the "major civilizations" in his thesis as such: Western civilization, comprising North America, Western and Central Europe, Australia and Oceania. Whether Latin America and the former member states of the Soviet Union are included, or are instead their own separate civilizations, will be an important future consideration for those regions, according to Huntington. Latin America. Includes Central America, South America (excluding the Guianas), Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. May be considered a part of Western civilization, though it has slightly distinct social and political structures from Europe and Northern America. Many people of the Southern Cone, however, regard themselves as full members of the Western civilization. The Orthodox world of the former Soviet Union (excluding the Baltic states and most of Central Asia), Armenia, Georgia, the former Yugoslavia (excluding Slovenia and Croatia), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Ukraine and Romania. The Eastern world is the mix of the Buddhist, Chinese, Hindu, and Japonic civilizations. The Buddhist areas of Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand are identified as separate from other civilizations, but Huntington believes that they do not constitute a major civilization in the sense of international affairs. The Sinic civilization of China, the Koreas, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam. This group also includes the Chinese diaspora, especially in relation to Southeast Asia. Hindu civilization, located chiefly in India, Bhutan and Nepal, and culturally adhered to by the global Indian diaspora. Japan, considered a hybrid of Chinese civilization and older Altaic patterns. The Muslim world of the Greater Middle East (excluding Armenia, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Georgia, Israel, Malta and South Sudan), northern West Africa, Albania, Bangladesh, Brunei, Comoros, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Maldives. The civilization of Sub-Saharan Africa located in Southern Africa, Middle Africa (excluding Chad), East Africa (excluding Ethiopia, Comoros, Kenya, Mauritius, and Tanzania), Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. Considered as a possible 8th civilization by Huntington. Instead of belonging to one of the "major" civilizations, Ethiopia and Haiti are labeled as "Lone" countries. Israel could be considered a unique state with its own civilization, Huntington writes, but one which is extremely similar to the West. Huntington also believes that the Anglophone Caribbean, former British colonies in the Caribbean, constitutes a distinct entity. There are also others which are considered "cleft countries" because they contain large groups of people identifying with separate civilizations. Examples include India ("cleft" between its Hindu majority and large Muslim minority), Ukraine ("cleft" between its Eastern Rite Catholic-dominated western section and its Orthodox-dominated east), France (cleft between Sub-Saharan African, in the case of French Guiana; and the West), Benin, Chad, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Togo (all cleft between Islam and Sub-Saharan Africa), Guyana and Suriname (cleft between Hindu and Sub-Saharan African), China (cleft between Sinic, Buddhist, in the case of Tibet; and the West, in the case of Hong Kong and Macau), and the Philippines (cleft between Islam, in the case of Mindanao; Sinic, and the West). Sudan was also included as "cleft" between Islam and Sub-Saharan Africa; this division became a formal split in July 2011 following an overwhelming vote for independence by South Sudan in a January 2011 referendum. Huntington's thesis of civilizational clash Russia, Japan, and India are what Huntington terms 'swing civilizations' and may favor either side. Russia, for example, clashes with the many Muslim ethnic groups on its southern border (such as Chechnya) but—according to Huntington—cooperates with Iran to avoid further Muslim-Orthodox violence in Southern Russia, and to help continue the flow of oil. Huntington argues that a "Sino-Islamic connection" is emerging in which China will cooperate more closely with Iran, Pakistan, and other states to augment its international position. Huntington also argues that civilizational conflicts are "particularly prevalent between Muslims and non-Muslims", identifying the "bloody borders" between Islamic and non-Islamic civilizations. This conflict dates back as far as the initial thrust of Islam into Europe,[citation needed] its eventual expulsion in the Iberian reconquest, the attacks of the Ottoman Turks on Eastern Europe and Vienna, and the European imperial division of the Islamic nations in the 1800s and 1900s. Huntington also believes that some of the factors contributing to this conflict are that both Christianity (which has influenced Western civilization) and Islam are: Missionary religions, seeking conversion of others Universal, "all-or-nothing" religions, in the sense that it is believed by both sides that only their faith is the correct one Teleological religions, that is, that their values and beliefs represent the goals of existence and purpose in human existence. Irreligious people who violate the base principles of those religions are perceived to be furthering their own pointless aims, which leads to violent interactions. More recent factors contributing to a Western-Islamic clash, Huntington wrote, are the Islamic Resurgence and demographic explosion in Islam, coupled with the values of Western universalism—that is, the view that all civilizations should adopt Western values—that infuriate Islamic fundamentalists. All these historical and modern factors combined, Huntington wrote briefly in his Foreign Affairs article and in much more detail in his 1996 book, would lead to a bloody clash between the Islamic and Western civilizations. The political party Hizb ut-Tahrir also reiterate Huntington's views in their published book, The Inevitability of Clash of Civilisation. |
MsDarkSkin: the term negroid is outdated.there "brown" |

ezeagu: I do not like the term or terms of race. If, however, you subscribe to race, then it's best to get all the information correct. The term black is foreign to Africa, even though people try to use it as a blanket term for cultures created by people with dark-skin. The term also was slightly, sort of, wonkily adopted by native Africans after the whole pan-Africanist anti-colonial thing. There is, however, no black identity in much of dark-skinned West Africa, apart from South Africa, Zimbabwe, and other places invaded by white skinned Europeans. So with all this 'Black African' has been an accepted for Somalis (maybe not completely by Somalis), and others, but in race terms the Somalis are Ethiopid, while other dark-skinned Africans are West African, Sahelian, Nilotic, Bantuid, and Khoisan under the "Negro race".the Khoisan would not be could "negroid" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capoid |
