I too was Scammed a few years Back By the same so called NH. No need to go there if U need Medical attention as they will Only add a High BP to Ur problems.

I was there when it Happened. The fellow was over speeding while it was raining. There where several accidents yesterday. This is what Happens on Abuja roads Whenever it rains. just Because the roads are paved and smooth shouldn't be a reason to Over speed. I pray He survives.
