Lolz. Don't mind me! Mine is like 'food photography' (if there's anything like that). I take pictures of virtually every food prepared by me that looks good. I'm also a fan of mobile photography.

Akposy:
Recipe
Flour....about 3cups
Yeast
Salt....1 teaspoon
Sugar... 2 tablespoons
Olive oil... 1 tablespoon

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add in the sugar, salt and oil. Mix together with the flour till a soft dough is formed. Knead on a flat surface till smooth. Cover in a bowl and leave to rise for an hour. Grease your pan and bake for about 40mins or so at 190 degree C.

If you grew up in Benin city or Ife, you should know this tree! It's name is the Demonic Regia or Flame Tree (I was erroneously told it was "flame of the forest" as a child, that's not true because that tree is another specie native to colder climes). Stunning for its deep red flowers, it also had these seed pods that would fall on the ground and we would call them "Devil beans" and say they were scratchy to the skin
It's very much a tropical tree and in fact, certain Christians of India believe it was growing nearby where Christ was crucified and that his blood shed on the tree and gave it the gorgeous red colours.

Nice! I know this flower. It was in a school close to my ppa where I served. The tree is very beautiful (for lack of a better word) i must confess.
