They will tell you that its the market, but I don't agree. Even if you want to buy very expensive player, it has to be like the last piece of the puzzle. You assemble very expensive squad and you don't win enough, the coach will be sacked and the new one will want his own players. When will this end?

This issue was pointed out some years back and the solution to it remains same. The club needs to appoint coaches according to a pre-existing football philosophy. So we avoid the endless replacing of players with each new coach.

How come our own players ALWAYS struggle for fitness?

How come other players from other teams can run for 100mins but ours get tired within 10mins of play?

How come our own players never develop motivation within themselves to win games?

I modified the post and tried to take away De bruyne from the conversation because individually, he's playing under a different system, and his growth in that system is sacrosanct to mancity. Here in manutd, I still feel fernandes hasnt grown as much as i have expected him to grow over the years. He plays well, but we have expected him to be at certain level by now but he still remains there at an average level (in the manutd system).

Hopefully others grow to his average level so we can start seeing results. Coach inclusive.
