I totally agree with all your other points... I ain't grateful to Koeman for doing the expected. Playing the mentioned young players was more of expediency rather than giving them opportunity to thrive. Asides Araujo and Mingueza which other CB you had? Umtiti?? Don't make me laugh.

Fati was assured of playing whether Koeman likes it or not, same as Dembele. As long as Dembele refuses to move out the club and is available/ fit he will surely play. His injuries are the only reason the board are not too flowery with him. The price tag alone and talent and quality while fit is enough for him to play significantly as long as Transfer window is closed.

Even annoying and stubborn Valverde that didn't like young players one bit was forced to play Fati.
