I get your concerns but

If Messi played over 10 consecutive games when he was 32,
Playing 7 games at 33 won't kill him.

As it is we have already blinked once in the title race, a second blink would be catastrophic.

IMO Messi should play against Celta, Athletico and Villareal; then rest at home to Espanyol.
