The test is administered by Dragnet. These include the quantitative, verbal, general and logical reasoning. In addition to this, it’s supposed to test how fast you can think. So, you’ll have to answer 60 multiple choice questions within 60 minutes. That’s an average of one minute per question.

FORMAT OF NESTOIL GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM ASSESSMENT

The test will be more of reasoning questions to test your ability to think fast. It will include the following categories:

1.Verbal reasoning
2. Verbal Comprehension
3. Numerical Reasoning
4. Spatial Reasoning
5. Critical Reasoning
6. Logical Reasoning

These kinds of test are not all about how brilliant you are. As a matter of fact, most brilliant people fail these tests because they spend too much of time thinking of how to brilliantly solve a question. Your best bet when it comes to reasoning tests is to prepare ahead and understand the pattern pretty well before the test.

The CBT test will last for an hour with a maximum of 3 attempts within a 2-hour duration.
