Has anyone had issues with applying for transcripts with NOUN for educational consultant in Nigeria?

Because I paid the amount, and requested and to wait for more than 3 weeks to 1 month and I followed up via mail,

The response I got was that my educational consultant was base in Kenya , where because the EC am using in Nigeria and the one NOUN is talking of has same name with a Different of (s) hence NOUN have refused to release my transcripts despite providing address and email of my EC in Nigeria.

What should I do

Please help me as I need this transcripts for multiple applications to study for my masters abroad .

If you join the army as scc than you be 2lt one star lieutenant , the pay is around 315k including other allowance and they give you about 10million and each child gets a certain amount for school fees, after some years you get another allowance to get your own house you also get duty tour allowance when you go out of station among others, but you MIGHT not get to the top of the chain. i dont know about that number "300+" but i know some people joined them this year, quite a few i'm very sure of that, a directors daughter was part of them whom i know personally.
