U mentioned u have a friend who has done this and that, then why is ur naira falling? It is trading almost at 1500 today. After all the gragra by gvt, it still failing. Do u know why? Ur country is poor in manufacturing. Without electricity, there cant be strong manufacturing base. The people u mentioned are like drop of water in the ocean. U need strong Science driven society to achieve development. Can u produce smart TV in mass? Can ur society convert ur raw materials into finished goods? Farmlands have been raised and destroyed by herdsmen, that is a big issue. I can get killed in my farmland, my investments can be destroyed by cows. These are the issue. Gvt needs to fix these things, they are paid to do so, but they wont and people like u think people are lazy? Nigerians are among the most hard working set in this life. If i tell how I grew my self within the past 5 years, u wont believe. Not many countries have such hard working citizens. Nigeria govt failed her people like i said in an earlier post , the important thing is balancing our trade deficits and i believe that will happen in the next 5 to 10 years . Yes nigerians are hardworking but you see these present set of younger nigerians are the laziest i have seen , all they know is social media , likes and views no skill no vision nothing dey their he*d. Also ease of doing business in nigeria had greatly improved the only major issue we have is insercurity and i believe we will overcome . before you say i'm an Apc supporter or obident mob , my loyalty is to my country , leaders / government will come and go but Nigeria will remain , we all need to understand that . See the likes of dangote and other great nigerians doing great things , even if they are making money they are improving the lives of other nigerians imagine every nigerian went out everyday looking to improve the lives of others but no they would rather sit behind their phones jobless and blame the government for everything. politicians are selfish people both home and abroad , even if you change leaders 100 times people we will probably only get 1 or maybe 2 good leaders . it's the sad reality . |

Invest in sound education and prriotize science, makers agriculture attractive for young people. Take one thing ur citiznes import a lot, call ur professors in ur FG universities to round table talk, tell them who ever has the framework to replicate that will be given grant, and good money. Let them go to do their research, produce a prototype, mass produce it, gradually, ur citiznes will start using that insteead of importing. Get lands and give out for free to certain age bracket solely for agriculture, provide the incetive for the business and let them pay gradually back at good rate. brother you are late to the party , a lot of young people are already investing in agriculture. i have a friend who has invested over 150 million in agriculture in the last 3 years , i also have another friend who exports tons of cashew nuts and sesame seeds. everything no be government, agriculture na business at the end of the day . while some people are waiting for government to spoon feed them others see opportunity and invest. The only thing government can do is give agricultural loans to already established farmers . My guy collected over 50millon in agric loans last year. tctrills: Oga lets educate you, you are the one misinformed by the media. So, I will not use the media; I will use unbiased AI to verify.
Based on preliminary data for 2025, violent crime in the United States reached its lowest rate in over 30 years.
The Downward Trend Since 1990 The early 1990s were the "peak" of violent crime in modern American history. Since then, there has been a dramatic decline, often referred to by sociologists as the "Great Crime Decline." Why 2025 is a Landmark Year While the official 2025 year-end report from the FBI usually takes a few months to be finalized, data from the FBI's Quarterly Uniform Crime Report and the Council on Criminal Justice show:
Homicides: By the end of 2025, homicide rates in many major cities (like New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago) dropped below their 2019 (pre-pandemic) levels.
Violent Crime Rate: The overall violent crime rate per 100,000 people in 2025 is estimated to be lower than at any point in the 1990s, 2000s, or 2010s.
The "Post-Pandemic" Correction: The spike that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic has effectively been reversed in most categories of violent crime.
The Verdict: If your starting point is 1990, you are correct. You are living through one of the safest periods in the last three and a half decades.
Now lets talk exports Again, you are wrong In 2025, total US export values increased, continuing a growth trend that began in 2024. While final audited figures are typically refined throughout the first quarter of 2026, preliminary data shows that the US benefited from several key economic factors.
The 2025 Export Landscape The total value of US exports for 2025 rose by approximately 3% to 4% compared to 2024. This growth was driven by three main sectors:
Energy Exports: The US remained a top global exporter of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and crude oil. Increased demand from Europe and parts of Asia kept the value of these exports high.
Services: High-value service exports—including software, intellectual property, and financial services—saw a significant boost as global digital transformation continued.
Aerospace & Tech: A recovery in aircraft deliveries and continued demand for advanced semiconductors (AI chips) added billions to the export total.
Finally, let's talk Peace deals Again, you fail
Here is the list The Gaza-Israel Permanent Ceasefire & Reconstruction Deal Iran–Israel War Ceasefire (June 24, 2025) DRC–Rwanda Peace Agreement (June 27 / December 4, 2025) Armenia–Azerbaijan Peace Accord (August 2025) Cambodia–Thailand Ceasefire (October 26, 2025) India–Pakistan Tensions (2025)
This is more than any human in recorded History
Let me know if you need more education. You are welcome do a little research. I would chose Forbes over any A.I . https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.forbes.com/sites/kenroberts/2026/01/24/its-not-just-soybeans-us-exports-of-cars-to-china-at-16-year-low/&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwjdt9mwk6mSAxUgU0EAHVIEA88QFnoECAcQAg&usg=AOvVaw0ScIBYA4ZGnizURh4HS_gxYou listed 2 wars and 4 conflicts , 6 ceasefires in total where is the 8 wars that have been stopped. Like I said the media repeats something long enough people start believing it . Go and ask your AI if violent crime has been steady declining since 2021 ? You trying to say crime rate just started going down when trump became president is absolutely wrong . https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.nytimes.com/2026/01/22/us/murder-rate-drop-report.html&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwj38sbdlamSAxXDTkEAHZQlJpUQFnoECBMQAg&usg=AOvVaw2axZM34njUV37WaDauj6DP |

tctrills: They are also wondering when people like you will get sense. In just one year, Trump has reduced violent crime in the US to its lowest since 1990. The US economy is growing at a faster rate than in the Biden economy. Inflation is less than Biden left it, but somehow, you want us to hate the man who ended 8 wars. Your comment actually shows how powerful the media is , you repeat something so many times to peoples hearing at some point that start believing it . Of the 35 cities whose homicide rates were in the analysis, all but eight had a lower murder rate in 2025 than before the pandemic, violent crime was already trending downwards since Biden administration so it not only a trump thing. US Inflation and Trade deficit is low 2.7%because export value is low 37%. if the export value drops 37% it means the foreign consumer is paying 37% less for American goods which isn't a good thing the US has lost 37% of its exports . The US now has more(excess) of it's own goods to consume. It's basic economics the higher the supply the lower the price . There has only been 6 ceasefire in trumps present tenure , only one was a war stopped ( Iran vs Israel) russia and Ukraine have broken their ceasefire and are back to throwing bombs at each other |

He's a very loud advocate for the bombing of the terrorists in his village by the same USA he was castigating 🤗 but the truth is this is what they wanted from the get go. The Christian genocide was just a stepping stone . The US is just trying to counter China's influence in Africa and get some resources along the way . China has been demolishing churches , arresting pastors and locking them up in detention camps also burning crosses but the US no see that one . Only European media carried the news, dont the Christians in China deserve to be saved too? But some nitwits in Nigeria are happy that the US supposedly want to liberate people here

What you mentioned was one of the reasons they were unsuccessful in Afghanistan...the enemy within..All this talk about Christian genocide is a front. Couldn't they help fix our electricity problem? ...our water problem? ...joint agreement on proper road construction? ...why is it always about military and resources? Let's watch and see them set up a large military base in th North ...including a drone base to fight the Islamic terrorists when in fact it will be to destabilize Traoré and company and have control in the region. Then watch out for Bill Gates to have huge commercial farms in the fertile north ...producing and distributing his population control fruits to Nigerian. most Nigeria have brains but can't think |

Let the leaders go to work, improve economy and purchasing power and leave d rest for hardworking Nigerians I know someone abroad who hasn't put on his AC and refrigerator since winter started so that he can save money on his electricity bill. we all need to drop this mindset of if our leaders are doing well everybody be able to afford this and that . There was a month we even spent 20k last year. We both got power usage monitors and installed them so I pay for only what I consumed. Most times sef I don't recharge more than 12k in a month so my neighbor even uses it more and thank God for the power usage monitors. Whenever I go to work, I turn off all appliances till I come back. Whenever I'm around on weekends, I sometimes turn off electricity using the changeover for a while before putting it back on again. OMO I do that too on weekends, if it's a sunny weekend I just remove the fuse from the meter |

Azazyel: Look I don't care about tinubu or any other contestant. Hope you know that constant power supply is expensive. Are most Nigerians willing to pay more for quality power supply? I can tell you without mincing words that many places in Lagos right now enjoy close to 24hrs light but they are paying more. In my area, we enjoy at least 20hrs light daily cos we are on band A and we recharge lots of units cos of the constant light and sometimes I even have to turn off power just to conserve units. Even areas on band B here enjoy at least 15hrs light so what are you talking about? Something happened at Ajah recently. Some of the residents marched to EKEDC office demanding to be downgraded from band A and B cos they were spending so much on electricity. Their prayers were answered and they were downgraded. Some to band C, D and E. Do you know how many places have been downgraded last year? Go to advanced countries like the US and see whether electricity is cheap then you'll understand. If you need your feeder to be upgraded, raise the discussion amongst people in charge of your area and march there to demand an upgrade but just get ready to pay more. Simple! This is not a tinubu issue. Nobody send your candidate to lose election you are so right . I get 24 hours and I really do not see the need . Half of the time no one is at home and it's expensive. Bought 1000 units mid November for about 210k and I have 301 units left. That's about 400 units a month . Wouldn't Mind if we are downgraded. 12 hours a day is more than enough. Make them just dey bring am for evening to next morning. But the reality is that anybody who hasn't experienced constant electricity won't understand. |
