This is something most christians never want to address because it destroys the idea that the bible is flawless . If you take a look at the old testament God killed people left and right compared to the new testament where Jesus told us to forgive our enemies, the God in the old testament isn't the same God in the new testament , they where totally different personalities . Jesus said "be like little children " children don't need theological degrees, prosperity teachings and all what the mainstream christianity teaches today, children need truth , the gospel of Jesus was meant to be clear ,freeing and alive not locked in denominations arguments and weaponized like our pastors have done with it today because the real gospel that jesus spoke about was never about control , it was about freedom.
So if the bible Fallible, good, that means the fault is human . And if it's human, then the point was never the books . It was the person .And he still say the same thing to . Jesus says follow me and be free. Follow Jesus today and work out your salvation directly with God.
