Please guys i need advice, i submitted my CAS to Kingston university since 15th of November, i mailed them after 8 days about the delay in the issuance of CAS, the mailed me back asking me to have patience as they had lots of documents to verify, on Thursday 15th of December will make it one month since i applied for CAS, i haven't still heard anything from them, even after mailing the. Last week Thursday and Friday, and the course start date is 16th of January, my husband asked me to send them a mail today, that I'm no longer interested and won't be able to meet up with the timing so i asked for a refund, since morning i sent Kingston university a mail, they still haven't responded. Please help a sister here. I tried calling them on my mtn line but the calls don't go through, please how do you guys call international numbers here especially UK.

We are in the same boat. School is resuming 17 January, I only got Pre CAS and submited. Still not received CAS.

Public holiday in December, I keep believing i will receive it.
