Please,I want to know at what stage we need to obtain transcript from school....I've locked my apllication and I've also received my application's confrimation message from UI.I heard something like you have to wait till after the test to get the transcript...is this true or I should get it now?please someone should answer me asap

Please I've also been having issues posting my documents(waec and bsc cert)...its been saying server error and access denied..does anyone also have an idea of when this online application will close?
