hoodboy: I also had to do this as I had deferred, my school was understanding and agreed to reverse the deferral, though I had not yet been issued a new LOA sha That's some news.....glad you mailed them and they agreed to reprocess you admission into fall, 2021. I am hopeful that you will receive the new letter in the coming week. Congratulations to you. |

Kema22: Thank you very much
But the new LOA has dropped already. It came this afternoon hoodboy: I also had to do this as I had deferred, my school was understanding and agreed to reverse the deferral, though I had not yet been issued a new LOA sha I got my deferral letter which I mailed and updated IRCC on Tuesday, after asking my school to cancel it on Friday morning, I have been issued another LOA, and readmitted into fall 2021-2022. I believe you can ask them to cancel, that is if you really want to resume this fall, though you did have to put several things into consideration like; when is the closest semester you can resume, January, May, or September? Are you fully vaccinated? If not ant plan to, you did need to be around for the next 6-8 weeks, also, does your school allow and has in place facilities for online learning among other things. I wish you all the best in your decision. |

Somekay: Good evening everyone, please for those that have travelled and are in Canada, Must one be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before your planned date of travel to Canada? I plan to take the second dose of vaccine on Monday, should I wait after 14 days of taking it to arrive? You would have to travel at least 14 days after your 2nd jab, that way, you are certify fully vaccinated, any number if days less, you would have to quarantine, and your quarantine plan would be required at POE. |

Thaiy: Same happened to me, got it this morning, plus I already updated IRCC about it with new LOA. However, I reached my school for an annulment of the new letter and requested for a continuance letter which I will forward to IRCC when I receive it.
Since you have not got the new LOA, reach out to your school, tell them about the new development stop the deferral, begin classes online while you prepare to travel in the coming weeks. I just got a feedback on my deferral letter. I requested a readmission to fall semester, 2021 which has begun. My request has been approved, and my deferral letter annulled, a new LOA with continuance for fall semester, 2021 is being worked on, should get it in the coming days. I will receive lectures online for the time being while I make my travel arrangements. Waiting till next year September is a long time Should you get visa approval after deferring your admission, and is not sure of resuming in Winter or Spring. Reach out to your school, explain the new situation you are faced, ask if the deferral can be revoked and your admission reprocessed to fall 2021. It will end in God's praise and your favour. |

frankob: Greetings everyone one I need advise. I submitted my visa application August 27th, I did biometrics in 2019 so it’s still valid. I already booked for upfront medical for September. Is it still ok to do the upfront medical as I have already submitted the application or should I cancel the medical appointment and wait for the IRCC medical instructions before going for the medical? Go for your medicals. It will saves time form when IRCC will ask you for medicals, that way you know, you already got that sorted. It will end in praise |

Thaiy: God is too faithful to fail!!!
It's ppr guys.
I will be back with my timeline... May15th applicant. God did it. Here is my timeline as promised. What God cannot do does not exist......He did it for me. The interest to travel started a while back in 2018, had an express entry (EE) in 2020. I decided to focus and survive in Naija and make things work while I stumbled on this platform in part 17. I started putting my application together reading and following information from this platform. I applied for a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in January, 2021 to Memorial University of Newfoundland, got a LOA in March, 2021few days to my birthday, though I asked God for a birthday present which was my admission. Getting documents was not an issue, but get the proof of fund, I can still tell that my application was nothing perfect, but God is a perfect God, He made it all perfect. 1st time applicant Normal route Application Submitted - May 15th 2021 Biometrics - 18th May Upfront Medicals : 26th June 2021. Medicals passed: 6th July 2021 Eligibility Started : Never started, even as at yesterday Bvl at 6:53am PPR dropped this morning10th September 2021 at 6:56am Orders gcms notes twice, the first had blank eligibility. The 2nd is expected on the 12th of September. I cannot leave God out of my application, prayed and fasted. All I can say is that God alone did it. Thanks to all those who helped, answered questions and proffer solutions I deferred on Monday, got response on Tuesday, with new LOA as I did not want to study online. I will reach out to my school if anything can be done.
To all hopefuls...God is giving attention to your requests in Jesus Name.
What God cannot do does not exist. |
