Pls how do you know they are good in oral since you never went there? How many of their students have you met that speaks well? I am a product of AF and attending classes doesn't determine your ability to speak or understand the language, but your additional effort biko.

Learning french is not just by the institute, it requires your PERSONAL effort. If you like go to IEF, same noni.

i understand oo. not easy. look for a personal online tutor whose first language is french and who knows and has passed the the exam. to avoid some dangerous mistakes alot of us made. To say what many people like me who didnt make their 1st, 2nd or more attempt are too polite to say on this thread, most french teachers who teach us french in Nigeria to pass TEF eh, if they write the exams themselves eh, they wont pass. let no one deceive you o. na u get to do the work either self study, or in finding the right teacher.

I know right. I wish too, but work, time and stress won't permit. I believe I have a good foundation already from AF regardless of how it goes.

Stay at Alliance. they are still the best in Lagos. Esp for Oral. never went there, but when u hear their students talk, you'll know. my 2 cents.

Also, pls your classes at IEF, was it online or physical classes? I am considering signing up for their online because of traffic and work stress. Af physical classes isn't working for me again . I dont even have time to read and revise which is counter productive.

@ThatEdoFemme Dont be afraid of your age. Applications is pretty straight forward so no fear. Truth is a lot of peeps applying here are actually older than that age and they have gotten their admissions and visa.

Response time is usually school dependent. I applied to some school towards ending of August, got response within a week from some and for others am yet to get a response. What course do you intend to study? Search out schools based on your preference; school ranking, course modules, tuition fees etc. and then apply, the beautiful thing about uk is that application is free. Some applications you can conclude in 10-15 mins if you have all your documents, others might take more than a day. Just dive in. If you have challenges or are confused at any point, ask questions here. There is most likely someone here that has applied to that school and that course that can assist.

Uk admission and visa application are the easiest thing to do , if you found it difficult then you probably can’t cope with the actual studying in the UK.

Pls for the CO, was there a headphone or was the recording played on loudspeaker? Was there any part that involves dragging the pictures for the part 1 or it was just to click?

For EE, was the platform a normal microsoft word? I tried the accents with microsoft word, want to know if the same method works with for the exam. Were you able to write your addresses on both side of the page for your letter or you wrote it all on one side?

Also whats the exam order? Was it CO, CE, EE?

It was QWERT . There will be a virtual keyboard you can open on the screen thats azert. Just use Normal laptop

we started with CE then CO, EE and EO.
CE: rapid rail, toast au caviar, aric bio, cantine, beaucerons, listes de taches.
CO: violence in sports, grotte, neo-consomateurs.

Iv noticed the Algériens and Maroc guys are receiving their results within 8-13 days, but Alliance is saying ours is 40 working days. Even with computer. I think we need to organise and complain to France. How can we be paying 450 dollars while others pay less, then wait forvever for the results?
