Daudu is a town 15 minutes away from makurdi. Became prominent when it was turned to an IDP. I even visited the IDP then with some humanitarian associations to donate relief materials.

you can't compare a mega city like lagos with a small town like asaba. Asaba just started expanding after it was made capital of delta state. Ikotun, abule egba, ojo are all not parts of original lagos city. Original lagos city comprised only the islands and mainlands like oyingbo, surulere, yaba and up to fadeyi. Ikeja (capital of lagos state was 32 km away from lagos city, which was capital of Nigeria). Mile 2 was a town 2 miles away from lagos. Mile 10 ketu was a town 10 miles away from lagos.
If you want to compare cost of hotels in asaba with lagos, compare it with hotels in yaba, surulere, lagos island, ikoyi, VI and Lekki Phase 1. Else compare with hotels in outskirt of Asaba like those in Isele uku or onitsha ugbo or outskirts of ibuzo and ogwashi uku.
