When I visited me sister in London, I packaged a lot of ground food - egusi, crayfish, pepper, ayoola pondo, package indomie and kilishi full bag. Both in abuja and London, they didn't disturb me. My sister was so happy. Would have cost her a fortune to buy them there. Dem get money naa, they should buy them there.

And u alluded it was because it was the major town and are asking of residential areas. Most of the houses in that picture are residential areas. And I'm trying to enlighten you that even on the fringes of aba main town, the residentisl houses are as well planned.

aba main city was well planned since the colonial times. The pictures were of the main aba. Well structured, well numbered.
It's only in aba and lagos that I was able to locate places based on house numbers. "2 mbadiwe street, abayi" and I go to abayi and locate mbadiwe street and locate no 2. Same with lagos addresses. That's it.
Not even ph, or kano or kaduna or enugu or owerri or maiduguri have I been able to locate places based on house number. It's usually "u see a mango tree, then turn left, when u get to a fruit market by the left, then turn right. When u cross a white bridge, stop and call me let ne come and pick u from there.
Residential areas are main aba are well numbered. Just go no 6 ohanku road or no 20 ngwa road, u will just get there easily. Even far from the main town, someone will just tell u he lives in 20 akwa street abayi, a rural area on the fringes of aba main town and u go there and easily get it.
I don't know for the newly developing areas and if aba town planning council is still working, but I must confess, they did a very good job numbering houses in aba

u can. Fully. In my place of work, if you come back, u will continue from the grade that u were when u left. But they will be happy to take u back. I have colleagues who left for other jobs and came back, some wh resigned and went for further studies and came back, some that japa and came back. I saw Kamala Harris first as a Senator during Judge Kavanaugh supreme court confirmation hearing and deeply fell in love with her. The drilling, the questioning, I was wowed through and through. I know minna very well. A peaceful town with fertile land. It's unfortunate that terrorists have invaded gwariland where like gwada where food is grown in abundance. Good to see trailers are coming to yams in trucks to be taken to the south, especially lagos. Yams and dry fish are so cheap in all along from suleija to minna. I always buy and go and go do give-away in abuja.
Concerning cost in the south, it is not greed. The roads are very bad and the cost of fuel is now very high. And there's insecurity. For example, that truckload of yam will pass through hell to go from niger to SE or SS. And in about 20 or more checkpoints, they will encounter all manners of checkpoints that will extort them, from police to agbero to those guys claiming they are checking agricultural produce.
Business is meant to generate profit. When the traders finally get home, they calculate all their expenses and then add their profits, which is what makes the cost higher in the south.
