there is a mandate from anambra state government that states the account name and account number of the beneficiary. so using the NIBSS platform, the inputter will validate the account name and account number before posting. N100M. it will be approved by at least 2 officers and each will check the details carefully before approving.
if truly this was an error, do know how many staff sterling bank will sack? but they didnt sack any, because it was not a mistake.

the money was not transferred by police HR, it was transferred by Anambra State Government.

N100M cannot be transferred by mistake. at least 2 officers of the bank will approve the transaction due to the amount involved. and they will check every detail before approving.
