I honestly didn’t want to make this post, but at this point, silence would mean enabling fraud. Let me tell you what Fibernet.ng has done to me. I made payment to Fibernet.ng on October 8th, 2025, for a 6-month internet subscription. It’s October 29th, 2025 today — that’s over three weeks — and I still don’t have access to any service whatsoever. They have not done any installation, they have not delivered any router, and I have not used a single MB of data that I already paid for. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I have attached screenshots of my call logs to their customer care to show that this is not an exaggeration. I’ve been calling them back-to-back. Sometimes, they pick up and hang up immediately. Other times, they answer only to give empty promises — “We’ll come tomorrow.” “The technician is on the way.” “We’re almost at your area.” Lies. Recycled lies. Week after week. When I finally told them to refund my money since they had clearly failed to deliver, they calmly said they won’t give me a refund. Imagine that. You collect money for six months of internet, fail to deliver even one day of service, and still tell the customer there will be no refund. If that’s not theft, then what is? Before I made payment, I saw plenty of negative reviews on Twitter (X) about Fibernet.ng. People were complaining about the same nonsense — delayed installation, ghosted customers, no refunds, and zero accountability. I decided to ignore them because their plan looked affordable. - Now I know cheap doesn’t mean good. - Cheap can mean disaster. What Fibernet.ng is doing should be investigated. It’s not just bad service — it’s organized incompetence. Their customer care is useless. Their “technicians” are ghosts. Their management doesn’t care. They are perfectly fine taking your money, feeding you promises, and leaving you stranded without service or refund. I have used internet providers in this country — and none has been this terrible. Fibernet.ng is easily the worst service company I’ve ever encountered. If you value your peace of mind, your money, and your sanity, stay far away from them. Don’t even try it out of curiosity. They’ll frustrate you, waste your time, and act like they’re doing you a favour. At this point, I’m convinced they don’t intend to improve. They simply rely on new unsuspecting customers to fund their failed system. And because most people don’t speak up, they keep doing it. Not today. So this post is for anyone thinking of paying Fibernet.ng: Don’t do it. Don’t even think about it. You’ll pay, you won’t get service, you won’t get a refund, and you’ll spend weeks chasing shadows. I’ll keep updating this thread if they ever respond — but as of now, this is the reality: Fibernet.ng took my money, failed to install, refused to refund, and wasted my time. If you’ve had a similar experience, please share it here. Let’s make sure more people don’t fall into this same trap. Enough is enough.
