What a bullcrap!! How many times have their castles been rustled in north central, south east and south west? Cattle rustling is being carried out the the core north by the northerners and criminal elements from neighbouring countries. The herds men go on wanton destruction of lives and properties in the south for no justifiable reason.

Another thing about Rwanda, there is zero, I mean zero, corruption in the country. Kickbacks are amongst the strangest things to a Rwandan government employee. There's a zero tolerance to corruption.
