The time is the container.
That's what I'm hinting at. They're obeying the concept, but more specifically, the activities that happen inside that container of Time.
If humans can find a way to engineer night time, by first understanding that night is not the absence of morning, but an opposite active force in itself,

then we can make the animals that naturally come out at night (nocturnal) to do so because the environment has been engineered.

Is it that you're so consumed with not being submissive to time that you now come up with terms like "engineering the environment"?
Now let's go by your logic.
If we say that night is not the absence of morning, and "engineer" the environment in such a way that night becomes morning and nocturnal animals are now found at noon, do you know that that same environment will be disrupted?
According to reddit, Nocturnal animals come out at night primarily to avoid predators, escape intense daytime heat, and find food with less competition.
If the environment is altered, these nocturnal animals wouldn't exist, because where would you put the predators?
Overtime they would be hunted down.
Let's not talk about animals now, let's say humans.

There are certain scientific procedures that cannot be done a certain time/weather/season.

You're asking people to live by something that hinders their progress—the uniform progress of civilization itself because few people know and are actively using this advanced knowledge of time.

Time is a constant, regardless of how you put it.
It has been designed in such a way that everything lives by it (this is where your argument becomes logical, it's how you spend your time that matters).

Whether you like it or not, you'd live to an extent where your time becomes 'saturated' and you'd have no choice but to obey time.
The concept of submitting to time does not exist - time itself decides if you submit or not.
The only thing you have over time is what you choose to do with it.
The people that choose Saturday to wash clothes thereby 'wasting' Monday to Saturday, did not submit to time.
They only made a choice which in your opinion, is a wasteful one.
The woman who is pregnant and according to you "submitted to time" for 9 months has no choice.
Any attempt at not being submissive can be fatal to both her and the baby.

The point I'm trying to drive at is, time cannot be submitted to, just lived by.

I changed my waec name since 3yrs, went for the original certificate last month and it couldn't be found.
Is it possible to get it back?
Are there certain processes I can take to get my original waec certificate?

People in WAEC and people who know how I can get it, please, your help would be very much appreciated.
I had to post this in romance because it wasn't given enough attention in education where I posted it.
