We are in search for a Technical Support Personnel who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including but not limited to Customer support, software installation, configuration and deployment, Training, troubleshooting etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend in-person/ online meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
Install and configure computer systems and applications for clients outside the company.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees.
Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
Collaborate with software developers to add features to app

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field.
Experience in customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services.
Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs.
Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Linux.
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.
Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
knowledge of programming and virtualization is an added advantage.

If u modify NIN what about BVN because my BVN the person that registered made a mistake with my DoB and when I applied for NIN with my BVN it reflects there , due to busy schedules I decided to continue with that DoB , but my international passport is saying another thing which is my correct DoB , if i modify my nin I also need to modify my BVN kindly advise

Modification of bvn is easy. Just ensure the NIN is correct, then go to the bank where you registered the bvn in the first place (any branch of that bank will do).
They will ask for perhaps birth certificate or affidavit to prove it. If you have newspaper publication, carry it along just in case.

They prefer hardcopy so they can photocopy.

Did mine recently and it was corrected within 2 working days.
