Stop displaying your lack of global knowledge here, sending a drone to spy on an enemy country is simply classified as an act of espionage. Both have active human spies in each other land. Russia has many human spies in the west and West has many active spies in Russia. If they are caught, they send them to prison, Espionage is not an act of war nor mean attack. The drone is just like a machine spy too, Learn more ok!!!!

Where are those 🤡 that swore that Russia cannot enter or attack a NATO country? Or is this not an attack?

Russian missiles and drones have been hitting NATO countries since 2022. And what does NATO do? They issue out statements telling Russia to be responsible lol

Even the Baltic Sea area have been experiencing severe GPS jamming by Russia, forcing Finland, Sweden and co to suspend some flights due to GPS interference. Ships on the Baltic Sea nearly collide into each other due to the jamming. But NATO does a really great job at hiding it from the public.

Those that know Russia very well, know that Russia doesn't rush into taking action. They play the long game, slow and steady. Russia will punish NATO for it's crimes for decades to come.

The United States is lucky it does not share a land border with Russia. It's so called "super power" status would have been put to test by Russia.

PoliticsRe: It Is Not Subsidy: NNPC Explains Why It Sells Fuel Lower Than Landing Cost by Thedon12(m): 6:37am On Aug 21, 2024
Nothing new here, same thing under Buhari, NNPC was the sole importer then and they met the shortfall. All still na subsidy but not to independent marketers anymore. So, Tinubu shouldn't make it look like a new thing to boast of, the old man too like propaganda and twisting of narrative. Stop defending failure and lies, unless you benefit ooo from it.

FreeStuffsNG:
NNPCL is technically right. It's a form of protectionism that bars other players from profiting from the high pms prices globally in favor of the national oil company since the Russia-Ukraine War started. It is more of monopoly than subsidy regime because govt keeps paying full amount and no other company is given same incentive the FG is giving the NNPCL yet, unlike the era of subsidy regime, FG now doesn't forbid other companies from going overseas to import pms and sell at their own price more than the price FG wants NNPCL to sell the pms sourced from NNPCL.

Christianity EtcRe: 4 Lawyers Said Prophet Jeremiah Will Be Disgraced & Rubbished In Court - Man by Thedon12(m): 7:29pm On Aug 10, 2024
We are saying the same thing, if it is church and the products are not advertised for sake, the consumer protection act is not applicable. Why did he apply to Nafdac for soap approval? Is still a church thing too.

Quest7777:
What's the details of this crime and arrest?
So Adeboye that prophesied that $1 will soon be equal to ₦1 can be arrested.

Look, as far as Christianity is concerned, this Fufeyin is clearly a fraud.
I'm only arguing that when it comes to items that involve faith and religious beliefs, the consumer protection laws don't apply.

Anyway let's see how the court case unfolds.
Christianity EtcRe: 4 Lawyers Said Prophet Jeremiah Will Be Disgraced & Rubbished In Court - Man by Thedon12(m): 6:54pm On Aug 10, 2024
Do you know this law is ambiguous, I have seen where a pastor has been arrested for "obtaining by false pretense( section 419)" because of fake prophecy?

Church shouldn't be a commercial place, once you turned your church to a commercial place, the consumer protection law will be applicable.

Quest7777:
The consumer protection laws don't apply to items that have to do with your religious beliefs.

If a church sells a miracle bangle to you and you excercise your faith and believe that the bangle has healing powers. If the church has committed a crime, it will also imply that you exercising faith in the bangle also committed a crime.

So if such bangle sale is a crime, you are indirectly denying people of their right to exercise their religious beliefs.
Christianity EtcRe: 4 Lawyers Said Prophet Jeremiah Will Be Disgraced & Rubbished In Court - Man by Thedon12(m): 6:21pm On Aug 10, 2024
I mentioned the relevant law, is under the protection acts, is it because Nigerians do not sue their churches for this kind of things, you think is not covered under the Nigeria law. This is 100% legal.

Quest7777:
You are just looking at the moral point of view and not the legal.

Look, things that border on belief is entirely your right & responsibility. Many churches sell bangles, stickers, water etc claiming they have healing and supernatural powers.

If you foolishly choose to belief such claims, you are only excercising your religious rights. You can't expect the law to avenge for your foolishness.

If it were so, all these religious centres would have been closed down by Govt as Scamming centres.
Christianity EtcRe: 4 Lawyers Said Prophet Jeremiah Will Be Disgraced & Rubbished In Court - Man by Thedon12(m): 5:58pm On Aug 10, 2024
If the anointing Oil is not commercialised, no crime committed. But once you offer a product for sale, it must serve the purpose advertised for.

[quote author=Quest7777 post=131437684
Let me ask you. Many Churchs pray over Olive Oil and the Pastor claims it becomes Anointing Oil with miraculous powers.

If you choose to believe that claim, has the Pastor committed a crime under the Law in Nigeria?[/quote]
Christianity EtcRe: 4 Lawyers Said Prophet Jeremiah Will Be Disgraced & Rubbished In Court - Man by Thedon12(m): 4:59pm On Aug 10, 2024
Most of you don't understand law, go and read consumer protection acts of Nigeria law. Especially the part that deal with" Implied duty of quality and suitability"
People pay for products and if it is not suitable for that purpose, then the pastor has broken the law. The onus is on the pastor to prove the water can cure and I doubt that one.

Quest7777:
Lets get this clear:

-Prophet Fufeyin manufactures soap,
-sends the soap to NAFDAC for certification,
-NAFDAC certifies the soap based on the listed ingredients, that it is safe for use by Nigerians,
-Fufeyin prays over the soap and presumably impacts healing powers into the soap,
-Fufeyin puts up the soap for sale,
-Nigerians who believe Fufeyin has impacted healing powers into the soap buy the soap.

-VDM calls out Fufeyin as a Scammer
-Fufeyin sues him to court for spoiling business for him, restraining him from further speaking against the miracle soap.

My opinion:
*Nafdac only certified the soap as ordinary soap not as miracle soap so Nafdac has nothing to answer

*Court can not convict Fufeyin as a Scammer. I have never seen any pastor jailed on account of failed religious belief or prophecy.
Also it will mean all these pastors who sell Olive Oil as Anointing Oil would have been convicted.

*VDM should be careful. He stands the risk of being convicted for Defamation, cyberbullying or some other criminal charges.

There are so many ways to express themselves which won't involved any destruction.

Boko Haram, Bandits, killer herdsmen destructions are still there, now they want to add protest destructions which wont even change a thing.

PoliticsRe: Why Fuel Importers Will Frustrate Dangote – Obasanjo by Thedon12(m): 7:49am On Aug 06, 2024
You are probably a kid, who started operation feed the nation through Agriculture in late 70's? Obasanjo saw it and he privatised those refineries to save public money, until Yar Adua reversed them. You can't compare Obasanjo, we Nigeria middle class were enjoying to this ineffective propaganda only president. Is not by promising an empty reform agenda, is by the positive effects on the masses that count.

EponObi:
See how Baba Iyabo dey talk like say the rot and mess we are experiencing today didn't start with him.

He's talking about Nigeria putting all her eggs in one basket. Lol. What did he do to diversify our economy as a military head of state and the first and a two-term president after 1999? The man even pushed a third term agenda.

Didn't everyone of them since 1960 abandoned agriculture and chased after oil money?

"I believe we made a very, very deadly mistake" - No sir, I believe YOU made a very, very deadly mistake.

When you invited Shell and they told you about the corruption ruining our refineries, sir, what did you do with the power given to you by the people to crush the cabal and rot in our oil industry? You were president for 8 years, what did you do to put the interest of the people as priority? What efforts did you make to change the trajectory of the NNPC for the benefit of the common Nigerians?

What was OBJ's stride in our gas sector? What policies and reforms did he introduce to the gas industry? What were his implementations? Didn't he flare our gas too?

OBJ is saying shit, with all due respect. This is the person some idiots are rallying around because the man they hate so much became president.

Tinubu's bad policies implementions aside, at least for the first time since 1960, we have a brave president who has the political will, muscle, and clout to repurpose our economy. And if the he and APC had allowed GEJ the weakling remove the subsidy in 2011, we would have moved past this pain - Tinubu has a share of this blame too.

There's no going back from here, inshallah. The economy must be rejigged, no matter how pain and strenuous tbe process may be. History will remember Tinubu for not taking the easy route of padding our economy.

Edit: Some idiots are quoting me to say trash. The truth is bitter, so deal with it. Some were saying shit about good economy under OBJ. Lol, even a retard could run our economy like he did because of the oil boom. Go and check how much Nigeria earned with crude oil sales between 1999 and 2006. Then compare with next successive governments.

The crazy oil money during that time was one of the reason they all abandoned other critical areas of the economy for oil. They took the easy way and we are suffering it today. Nigerians just don't think, that's the issue. So far any 10 IQ president can subsidize their pmc and dollars, they think all is well and won't give a f*uck about their own future or that of the next generation.

All you want is government handouts in the form subsidies then you later cry that the country is retrogressing in economic and infrastructural development. One idiot even asked me to mention one third world country that isn't subsidizing their citizens. Oponu, must Nigeria remain a third world country for life, even after 60 years since independent? This is the kind of imbeciles that sell all they have and secure loans to japa to sane countries where nothing is free. Ode!

The country using 96% of our revenue to service loan; shouldn't that be a concern for any right thinking citizen? Instead of asking past government how and why we got to this point, the average Nigeria won't so far you give them subsidies as if they are orphans. And before you say dogshit, OBJ didn't have to borrow because of massive oil revenue. We started borrowing after the oil boom was over. And mind you, we shouldn't have borrowed to the extend where almost all our revenue is used to service loans if OBJ diversified our economy from the start with massive influx of income Nigeria earn during his time. He should have been the person to lay our economic blueprint and like I've said, he took the easy route and avoided the hard work.

Zero agriculture, terrible gas economy, no other economy sector, zero manufacturing + production just subsidies, vibes and inshallah plus crazy level of importation, and you, OBJ, is now complaining that our youth are redundant. Thunder fire you, sir.
