We are so biased and programmed that we cannot give compliments to those who deserve it. I'm not a fan of Wike ... but he gets projects completed because he stays on top of them like a hawk and wouldn't hesitate to bulldoze anyone who gets in the way. I'm hoping that they somehow go after the contractors and investigate why the projects weren't completed and have the money disbursed accounted for. Too many people take contracts... then walk away with the money... no consequences.
