You raised the point which many of my fellow countrymen failed to raise. I have always thought about this. How come are the refineries suddenly coming to life after the price of petroleum products was astronomically raised? Does it mean they deliberately grounded it till they got what they wanted?
The Nigerian government is perpetually in a state of war against its citizens. The lies they tell and the robberies they commit against the people of Nigeria is unimaginable.
I am not at all carried away with all the noise about the refineries coming to life. It simply means some interests deliberately sabotaged them in the first place.

Ah! I saw my dad drive himself into the compound, walked pass me, just few seconds of that, he just looked back at me and said, "I have no strenght in me". Homeboy just slumped, I rushed to hold him. I heard his final breath while he rested upright on my knee trying to ask what was happening cos it was like a shock to me.. all this happened under 3mins. It was like magic. Just like my precious mum that suddenly left the day she did. A woman who was so full of life chatting away with my dad just 2 days prior. The day she left was the darkest day for me. I once had a glimpse into the farm queen Elizabeth owned them.
