The price is high because the first batch of crude oil Dangote imported was from America and he used dollars to source it. The refined product is what we’re getting now and he’s trying to make his profit back.

The second batch of crude oil was from Nigeria which he paid naira for. That batch of refined product is going to be cheaper cause it was sourced locally.
