Truly Nigeria has two sets of laws. One for the criminals in power and the rich folks the other is for the common man on the streets.

Those guys are playing with danger. One scratch from those massive fangs can still do a whole lot of damage. There are even some snakes like the Texas rattlesnake that can still bite several hours after being killed.
The viper is a deadly snake because it delivers venom into the deepest tissues of the body. Look at the length of those fangs. They are like hypodermic needles.
